Business-Driven Insights:
- Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand their strategic objectives, key metrics, and pain points.
- Translate business questions into quantifiable data science problems with clear success criteria.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and drive data-informed decision-making.

Model Development & Deployment:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models that directly address business needs, focusing on tangible ROI and impact.
- Prioritize model interpretability and explainability to facilitate adoption and trust among stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor model performance and adapt strategies to maintain accuracy and relevance in a dynamic business environment.

Data Storytelling & Communication:
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to empower stakeholders with actionable information.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization, fostering a culture of data literacy and innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in applying data science to solve business problems, ideally in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow/Py Torch)
- Experience with other languages like SQL, and possibly Julia or Scala
- Expertise in data wrangling and cleaning
- Proficiency in libraries like pandas, Num Py
- Knowledge of SQL for database querying
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, Light GBM)
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch)
- Understanding of model evaluation and selection techniques
- Proficiency in visualization tools and libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, D3.js)
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable data science projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations with stakeholders
- Proactive and self-directed, with a passion for solving real-world business challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Certifications in machine learning, cloud platforms, data engineering, or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
