Job Description
Position: ESG Project Manager- CSRD reporting
Financial Management Department
Job purpose:
Lead the project team to implement reliable ESG sustainability data reported across multiple cross-border institutions .
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

Bridge external consultants ESG specialists contracted for the project and the Bank’s internal stakeholders.
Support consultants to conduct materiality assessment, gap analysis, data readiness review, and gap remediation.
Lead the change to existing systems, supported by IT, for data collection and management.
Implement reliable and auditable processes and controls for data collection, analysis and reporting.
Perform business analysis when necessary to drive process changes.
Educate and guide the staff in charge of the data collection, cultivate understanding and buy-in.
Draft project plan with concrete measures and milestones, and oversee the execution of each work stream in detail.
Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines.
Conduct meetings and report detailed project progress to senior management and committees.

Qualifications
Profile:

Experience in project management
Basic knowledge of ESG & CSRD
Basic knowledge of Finance and Banking
A Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
5+ years of experience in ESG, project management, Finance or Banking.
Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
