Your tasks

You will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice

You will also be involved in customers projects

To be more precise, you will have to provide these following tasks :

Support on network infrastructure

Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation

Monitoring critical systems

Participation to infrastructure improvement projects

Your profile

You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, Share Point...

You are open minded and ready to work in a multicultural environment

You have a great Team Spirit and you are customer oriented

You are able to speak French and English, German or Luxembourgish is an asset

Very important : as we are providing 24/7 service to our customers, you are available to work on nights and weekends

ITIL certification would be an added-value

You hold an EU driving Licence and are ready to intervene directly on our customers sites.
