RSM Luxembourg is looking for an Information Security and Organizational Officer to strengthen our organization's resilience.

Information Security and Organization Officer (m/f)

You will participate in the development, implementation, enhancement, and oversight of procedural frameworks, regulations, and operational workflows. The integration and management of Information Technologies will be central to your role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT providers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage day-to-day IT security operations, including incident response, incident management, etc….
• Manage and oversee our ISO 27001 accreditation (review and keep up-to-date processes, performing internal audits,…)
• Implement and manage operational effectiveness (review of operational procedures, implement new procedures, audit implementation of procedures,…)
• Oversee the implementation of security controls across various IT risk domains: foundations, identity and access management, change management, platform security, operational resilience and security monitoring.
• Participate in both internal and external audits.
• Work with highly collaborative agile teams.

Your Profile:

• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001) and best practices.
• Proficiency in IT security principles.
• Experience managing third-party contracts.
• Analysis of regulatory requirements.
• Competence with enterprise tools (e.g., Office 365…).

Experience:

• Master’s degree in IT Security, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as IT Security Officer, Information Risk Manager, or IT Security Governance Consultant.

Languages:

• Proficient in English; conversational French skills preferred.
