Intern - Payroll for European Offices | Flexible Schedule

Based in Luxembourg, this investment management firm, with a presence in over 10 countries and more than 1,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a Payroll Expert to oversee payroll operations across its European branches. Working within a mid-sized, English-speaking team, the focus is on mutual support and collaboration. Payroll Expert - Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions, working closely with both the HR department and external payroll providers.
Oversee payroll activities across European branches, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accuracy.
Handle tasks linked to the social secretariat, addressing employee queries and becoming a key resource in HR operations.
Contribute to various projects involving personal tax and other HR responsibilities as needed.
Work in collaboration with international offices to ensure uniformity and the adoption of best practices.

Payroll Expert - Your Profile:

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Payroll, HR, Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing payroll, with a particular emphasis on handling payroll in multiple European countries.
Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations, enabling you to provide strategic insights and support HR operations.
Fluent in English, with the ability to thrive in a fully English-speaking work environment.
