About the team

The Operations Team (“Ops”) is responsible for oversight and control of a number of operational activities migrated to centers outside of Luxembourg.

Tasks

Transfer Agent (TA)

• Process incoming subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring accurate execution and settlement;
• Generate and distribute reports related to transaction processing and all Transfer Agent activities;
• Conduct cash reconciliations;
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Oversight & Control

• Ensure operational tasks is migrated to our Polish branch as planned, within budget, and in compliance with EU Directives (Mi FID)/EBA/ECB/CSSF outsourcing requirements;
• Support implementation of an effective oversight and control framework;
• Ensure ongoing compliance, oversee and control of migrated work;
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators for trends and issues;
• Produce management reports on processing quality and timeliness of activities;
• Work with stakeholders to ensure local monitoring is completed in line with company policy;
• Implement and conduct training programs for colleagues and new joiners;
• Investigate compliance issues and report findings to senior management;

Requirements

• Experience in a middle office or transfer agent role is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and market operations;
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in trade processing and reporting;
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
• Strong problem-solving skills to address trading and rebalancing issues efficiently;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tool;
• Willingness and openness to learn new things and adapt to evolving challenges;
• Hands-on mentality and eagerness to contribute to the team's success as a whole;
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic workplace environment and meeting deadlines effectively;
• Effective communication skills in English, fostering relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
