For one of our main clients based in Luxembourg - an European Institution, we are looking for a MS 365 Technology Expert with expertise in the domain of MS 365 to ensure continuity of existing projects & join our team in the area of financial supervision, fraud prevention and crime investigation. You will be part of the Digital Services Unit and will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the IT autonomy Programme of the client. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing projects to achieve the autonomy of the organization and provide trainings to the users and onboarding to the newcomers.
More specifically, you will be responsible for...
- Providing hands-on support in the domain of MS 365;
- Help to drive the adoption of MS 365 based modern workplace technologies;
- Design, plan, develop, and implement solutions within MS365 portfolio of services;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
- Collaborate with team members to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements;
- Provide expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, solution patterns and best practices in M365;
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards across the client's M365 tenant;
- Contribute to design vision and other project documentation.
You need to be based in Luxembourg and work on hybrid mode (50% presence in the office).
Are you the perfect match?
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience;
- In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment);
- Fluent English (C1/C2);
- Proven experience in as a technology expert in M365 in at least one of the following areas:
- Communication and Collaboration: Exchange Online, Share Point Online, MS Viva, One Drive, Power Platform, MS Teams, MS Teams Voice, Office 365;
- User Identity Management: Azure AD, Licenses Management, User Authentication, Access Policies, Identity Protection;
- Mobile Device and Workplace Management: Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Azure Security Center, MS 365 Defender;
- Information Protection and Governance: MS Purview, Data Loss Prevention, Sensitive Information Types, MS 365 Encryption, MS Sentinel, Message Encryption, Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle and Records Management, Retention, Data Analytics, Audit.
It will be nice if you have...
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops;
- System engineer expertise with knowledge of on-premise AD, Exchange server;
- Previous agile experience (PM2-Agile certification is an advantage);
- Previous experience with EU Institutions.
