ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We want you to be a part of our team, from Luxembourg, as an Office Automation Expert in a near site position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
  • Understanding problems, drafting specifications, and creating flowcharts.
  • Writing technical specifications and documentation.
  • Managing and reporting on activities.
  • Reengineering and optimizing development processes.
  • Designing, developing, testing, documenting, releasing, maintaining, and providing technical support for office automation software and services.
  • Preparing reports and studies on related technologies, such as product behavior analysis, software management, configuration, and deployment.
  • Supporting Product Management for Office Automation by configuring products, offering training and support advice, and writing technical notices.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Mandatory:
    • Software production, management, documentation, and reporting
    • Microsoft Office products (Office 365, Office 2019-2021, Share Point), Libre Office, Open Office.org, browsers, and authoring tools
    • VSTO, C# (ISO/IEC 23270), .NET, VBA, VB
    • Multilingual support in operating systems, office automation, and software development
    • Office Automation standards and formats (Unicode, XML, ODEF, ISO/IEC standards, RTF, HTML, Web)
    • Windows 10 Enterprise
    • Windows Server 2019
    • Web systems: technology, application development, site administration, browsers, plug-ins, utilities, and management
    • Technical writing in English
    • Autonomous work
    • Multilingual meetings (English or French), with technical communication skills
  • Optional:
    • Experience with similar projects and software management
    • Skills in OO Programming, MS .Net, Java/J2EE, Java Script, HTML, XML
    • Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) or similar
    • Knowledge of Windows admin technologies (Active Directory, Group Policies, MSI)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience for the Office Automation Expert
  • Relevant Education: 5 years
  • Professional Experience: From 1 to 9 years
