Headquartered in Luxembourg, Lombard International Assurance S.A. is an insurance carrier specialising in manufacturing unit-linked life insurance solutions. These solutions are distributed by various regulated intermediaries, including private banks, family offices, asset managers, independent wealth and financial advisers, wealth and insurance brokers, professional advisory firms and other advisers active in the private wealth sector.


Distribution Companies
The Group has a number of wholly owned investment and insurance distribution businesses who market and advise on unit-linked life assurance products manufactured by Lombard International Assurance S.A.

Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?


Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Prompt recording of day-to-day client requests;
• Collecting and recording all required information/documents;
• Monitoring ongoing transactions until completion;
• Sorting and scanning incoming post-mail and preparing outgoing post-mail
• Assisting team with special tasks

While:

• Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations;
• Applying due diligence reviews in line with corporate standards;
• Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines;
Upholding Quality standards.

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Partner & Client Services Country Team Intern?

• You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance
• Interested in the financial/insurance sector in general
• You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role
• Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients
• Strong prioritisation skills and is flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal as well as written
• Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities
• Willing to make the extra effort as required
English must be good/fluent, any additional European language (especially French, Flemish, German, Swedish) will be an advantage.
