Senior Fund Administrator PE/RE

Your Challenge

• Performing the administration and any related services in respect of alternative investment funds (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, other alternatives)
• Review of NAV calculation of alternative investment funds incl. review and consistency checks of external valuations. Perform four-eyes-checks together with other PERE Fund Administrators
• Ensuring that all work complies with governing documentation of the entities being serviced and applicable regulatory requirements
• Preparation of financial statements and associated reports. Liaising with auditors for year-end review
• Preparation of carried interest and other complex calculations (e.g. fair value uplift calculations) in accordance with the fund documentation
• Understanding and developing the existing relationships with promoters, service providers such as depositary, managers and auditors as well as delegated parties
• Submit/review regulatory reporting to CSSF
• Setting up new alternative investment funds

Your Profile

• 
  At least 3 to 5 years of experience within the fund administration of alternative investment funds (PE/RE fund accounting, NAV-calculation, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of Accounting principles. ACCA qualification or equivalent would be considered as an asset
• University degree in Accounting or Finance. Additional skills and knowledge in regulatory aspects are considered as advantage
• Excellent self-organization with the ability to work with minimum supervision while having a high degree of motivation and focus on quality
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in German and English are mandatory, additional languages are considered as advantage
• Very good MS-Excel skills
