Electricians, mechanics, electrotechnics and automation operations Technicians (M/F) for our Mercury Plant in Dudelange (position requires shift work)
You will have the opportunity to:

Your responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor and perform the daily maintenance of modern tire production equipment following standard work procedures: machine startup/shutdown, supervision, and maintenance tasks level 1 minimum,
- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of equipment,
- Support the engineering team by performing daily equipment maintenance, monitoring equipment condition, and participating in continuous problem solving and improvement activities,
- Drive to zero equipment breakdown by following and implementing best practices,
- Develop your skills by mastering all aspects of the production area (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Maintenance…),
- Maintain up-to-date documentation with best practices and performance reporting,
- Be the first technician to diagnostic/troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
To join our team you will need the following qualifications:
- Technical degree with equivalent experiences,
- 1 to 3 years of working experience,
- Previous experience as a member of a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment is highly appreciated.
We are looking for the following skills:
- Ability to operate both manual and automated industrial machinery,
- Ability to troubleshoot / improve mechanical, electrical and automation systems,
- Ability to perform multiple tasks or operate multiple equipment,
- Team player, good problem-solving skills and self-driven,
- Basic level of English is required and all other European languages are considering as asset.
- Position requires shift, evening, night and weekend work assignments (24/7 Operation)
Electriciens, mécaniciens, électrotechniciens et automaticiens (H/F) pour notre usine Mercury à Dudelange (le poste nécessite un travail par roulement sur 4 poses)
Vous aurez l'opportunité de :
- Contribuer à la montée en cadence d’une usine de production de pneus innovante et fortement automatisée,
- Travailler dans un environnement numérique - Industrie 4.0,
- Développer vos compétences en apprenant à opérer plusieurs postes de travail différents, y compris la maintenance de l’équipement,
- Participer à l’amélioration continue de l'environnement de travail et des processus,
- Démontrer votre potentiel et établir un plan de carrière.
Vos responsabilités :
- Opérer, surveiller et effectuer la maintenance quotidienne d'équipements modernes de production de pneus en suivant les procédures de travail standard : démarrage/arrêt des machines, supervision et tâches de maintenance de niveau 1 minimum,
- Être le premier technicien à diagnostiquer/résoudre les pannes d'équipement.
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive, prédictive et corrective des équipements,
- Supporter l'équipe d'ingénierie en participant aux activités d’amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes,
- Travailler à éliminer les pannes en suivant et en mettant en œuvre des standards,
- Développer vos compétences en maîtrisant tous les aspects de la zone de production (sécurité, qualité, productivité, maintenance, etc.),
Pour rejoindre notre équipe, vous aurez besoin des qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme technique dans l’un des domaines concernés (électrique, mécanique, automatique…) ou avec une expérience équivalente,
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle,
- Une expérience antérieure en tant que membre d'une équipe de maintenance dans un environnement de fabrication est fortement appréciée.
Nous recherchons les compétences suivantes :
- Capacité à opérer des machines industrielles manuelles et automatisées,
- Capacité à résoudre/améliorer des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et d'automatisation,
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches ou à exploiter plusieurs équipements,
- Esprit d'équipe, bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et prise d’initiative,
- Niveau d'anglais de base requis et toutes les autres langues européennes sont considérées comme un atout.
- Le poste nécessite des horaires en équipes, matin, nuit, après-midi et le week-end (fonctionnement 24/7).
