Abacus Support Services Sdn Bhd is currently looking to hire Accountants/Senior Accountants to join the team in their Malaysia office.
Abacus Support Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore headquartered Abacus Corporate & Consulting Services which provides among others, accounting and payroll services.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for company and daily accounting duties
• Handle GST quarterly report and filing
• Provide timely and accurate book-keeping service
• Prepare financial statement and documentation for management reporting
• End-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation for client’s employees and ensuring legislative compliance
• Perform payroll verification and processing timely and accurately
• Assist in monthly, annual and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions
• Perform claims and leave processing for client’s employees
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in preparing full set accounts
• Able to work effectively in a team with good work attitude and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Additional language proficiencies such as Chinese or Malay will be an advantage
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and deal sensitively with confidential information
• Experienced in using XERO or other cloud accounting software.
• Proficient with MS Office or related software.
• Required Skill(s): Financial Reporting, Accounting, Consulting, Payroll, Tax

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
