Admin Executive

- Prepare and submit claims accurately and on time.
- Pay close attention to details to avoid mistakes and discrepancies.
- Liaise with HQ on claim inquiries, providing resourceful and comprehensive information.
- Prepare monthly payments for utility bills, including electricity and water.
- Manage factory rental payments and any other necessary disbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments to avoid late fees or disruptions.
- Manage and process visa applications for employees traveling overseas.
- Ensure all required documentation is prepared and submitted according to travel timelines.
- Prepare and update administrative records in a timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation and administrative tasks are organized and completed efficiently.
- Assist with the collection of information and data to support better decision-making and problem-solving as assigned.
- Work closely with internal departments to monitor progress, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate effective communication.
- Follow up on tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Attend meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
- Coordinate with clients and business associates, and ensure necessary follow-up actions are taken.
- Degree in business administration, management or relevant field is preferred.
- At least 1 to 3 years of related administrative experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and other relevant software applications.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, be organized, and maintain professionalism.
- Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
