Job Overview:

• Our General Admin team provides essential and valuable support to our overall administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• To attend matters related to company vehicles administration, company motor insurance, general insurance, bills and utilities, company ID Card, fuel card, hotel and flight booking and other administration and general affair tasks.
• To attend external parties (be if public or private) requirements related to the company operation.
• To perform any other functions, tasks, assignments as instructed by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma preferably in Business Administration, or any other equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of experience.
• Preferably Junior Executive positions specializing in Administrative.
• Good in Microsoft Office.
• High sense of responsibility and able to organize a daily workload by priorities.
• Good in spoken and written skill in English Language and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to communicate in an international environment and across all levels.
• Physically fit and willing to do overtime if required.
• Self-discipline, work independently and 5S.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
