Airport Customer Service - (Mandarin Speaker)

• Basic salary : RM2500
• Allowance : RM450
• Overtime
• Working hour: 9am to 9pm(Morning) OR 9pm to 9am (Night)
• 2 days working, 2 days off day

Job Qualification:

• Minimum SPM
• Attending to passenger from China, Hong Kong &etc.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers
• Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Pleasant personality, good attitude & punctuality.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma holder with experience in Customer Service

Job descriptions:

• Attend to passengers’ enquiries on way findings, airport facilities and other passengers’ issues
• Proactively approach passengers and offer assistance
• Handles and assist passengers’ / stakeholders’ on-site complaints and issues
• To assist in queue and crowd management
• To strictly practice SOP and adhere to working standards when performing duties and any other instructions or tasks assigned
