Airport Care Customer Service - Mandarin (KLIA/KLIA2)

- Basic salary : RM2500
- Allowance : RM450
- Overtime
- Working hour: 9am to 9pm(Morning) OR 9pm to 9am (Night)
- 2 days working, 2 days off day
- Minimum SPM
- Attending to passenger from China, Hong Kong &etc.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Pleasant personality, good attitude & punctuality.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder with experience in Customer Service
- Attend to passengers’ enquiries on way findings, airport facilities and other passengers’ issues
- Proactively approach passengers and offer assistance
- Handles and assist passengers’ / stakeholders’ on-site complaints and issues
- To assist in queue and crowd management
- To strictly practice SOP and adhere to working standards when performing duties and any other instructions or tasks assigned
