Job Description:

• Client Acquisition: Proactively develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing homes to ensure smooth business channels.
• Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies for adult diapers, driving product promotion and sales in the target market.
• Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, adjust sales strategies to increase market share.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report sales performance and market feedback to management, and propose improvements and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical, pharmacy, or hospital industry, with experience in selling adult diapers preferred.
• Mandarin speaker applicants is preferred.
• Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
• Capability to establish sales channels with hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing homes.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
