DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To liaise with external & internal parties i.e port officials and related authorities with regard to all operation system and as per company procedure.
· To follow instruction given by superior to meet dateline and client demand.
· To respond enquiries and comment from clients and authorities or Master of the vessel
· Provide port disbursement account to customer upon request and follow up.
· Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand it to relevant PIC’s.
· Monitor emails pertaining to the branch and ports.
· Responsible for sign on/off for crew vessel and all port operations
· Communicate immediately for any additional service requirements, product and special requests by the Captain, Owner, Charterer or Principal.
· Perform any other duties as requested by the Superior
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
· Computer literate
· Knowledge in Shipping Industry
· Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
· SPM/Diploma in Shipping or other relevant studies
· Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.
· Fresh Graduate will be considered.
· Prefer Male Candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
