Job Description
- Manage transactions with customer using POS system.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Collect customer payments either in cash, by credit card or debit card payment as per company SOP.
- Ensure clean and tidy cashiering area.
- Greet customers when entering and leaving cashier counter.
- Ensure that all cash and relevant documents are correctly handed over to the store in charge person.
- Be always ready to provide assistant to customers.
- Pro-active support and work in a team to smoothen the cashier operation.
- Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignment.
- Minimum SPM holder / Certificate in any discipline
- Entry level is welcomed.
- Retail cashiering experience in electrical and IT products is an added advantage.
- Service oriented with pleasant and cheerful personality.
- Passion for customer service.
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
