Role Purpose

Key Accountability

• Report to Forwarding Executive and perform task instructed by superiors.

• To prepare/send custom EDI declaration.

• To check all EDI submission status and handover to Forwarding Officer for any custom query.

• To retrieve custom paperless from custom Officer.

• To collect cash for Terminal Charges from walk-in customer and handover to Forwarding Officer with supporting document (terminal Charges slip, Airwaybill copy and customs paperless copy).

• To prepare export packing or repacking and barcode label printing.

• To transfer export/import cargo from MLSB warehouse to Advance Cargo Centre (vise versa) including loading and offloading cargo.

• To open new job file and handover to Forwarding Officer for closing Job File.

• To ensure operations process is complied with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 (QHSMS).

• To ensure safety of customer cargo and Company equipment.

• To perform other duties as assigned by superior (related with operation matter to ensure the efficiency for operation activity).

Skills & Knowledge

• Able to work under pressure.

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and pleasant personality with good leadership qualities.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to work under pressure and long hours, a team player, pleasant personality, and positive attitude.

• Positive attitude and punctual

• Good communication skills and behavioural assessment for subordinate

• Knowledge on all import and export Malaysian Custom regulation and clearance skill.

• Knowledgeable to handle LMS (Maskargo system), EDI, CCN, LABEL and PC system

• Knowledgeable on all Airline cargo handling skill.

• Having the skill to be able to identify Dangerous Goods class.
