Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat) in Italian.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and technical issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, processing returns, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and experience with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a BPO or call center environment.
• Technical support experience is advantageous.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
