Job Description

• Perform outbound calls to notify customers of delinquent accounts regarding outstanding and overdue payment
• Explain and clarify with customers non-payment issues.
• Follow up calls with customers and issue reminder letters to customers
• Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
• Work with customers to solve payment problems and make workable repayment arrangements.
• To plan, formulate and implement collection strategies and action plans
• To achieve the recovery’s target set
• To assist customers with any existing disputes to enable them to make full settlements.
• To be able to analyze accounts logically.
• Attend to customer’s request /issues, resolve and respond to it effectively.
• Ensure the collection actions are taken within company guideline, collection policies, Fair Debt Collection & etc
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements

• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree in any field
• Experience in collections/customer service/contact centre will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is more advantage
• Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills
• Customer-oriented and has good customer service with active listening skills
• Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability
• Computer literates such as Excel and Microsoft Office application
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin .
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
• Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have own transport
• A result-oriented person and able to work under pressure
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
