Job Responsibilities:

• To provide technical and process assistance to end-users via phone, email or Teams chat.
• To diagnose and troubleshoot end-users' problems with various IT tools.
• To perform an initial assessment, attempts to resave or escalate the problem, based agreed service level.
• Log IT requisition/problems for end-users into Ticketing System (Service Now).
• Escalate to 2nd level support group when required with for further troubleshooting and resolution.
• To monitor the escalation procedures and keep end-users informed.
• Responding to the users by answering telephone calls or conducting field visits.
• Analyses and clarifies the queries by conducting research and troubleshooting the issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems quickly and accurately via phone, email, remotely and on-site within the company's premises.
• Provide necessary operation reports and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or IT related fields with 2 years of relevant working experience will be added advantage
• Hands on experiences in supporting, installation, configuration and troubleshooting user computer usage issues such as Windows OS, MS Office, Email, Internet, antivirus, network connection etc.
• Able to analyze, diagnose, solve technical problems, and manage service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated, well organized and result oriented.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Candidate must be Malaysian citizen.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
