Your Challenge

This role is responsible for managing and gatekeeping content across the Shangri-La, E-Direct channels via the Content Management System (CMS), which includes but is not limited to, content auditing, process documentation, and training materials.

Your responsibilities as listed below

Perform analysis of website content and conduct an audit to identify areas for optimization
Be the Content Management Expert to support regional teams on campaign requirements and troubleshooting
CMS Housekeeping for digital assets to optimize systems’ efficiency
Collaborate closely with business owners on new projects and be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features are tested properly to meet business needs.
Create guidelines to ensure the quality of content adheres to brand image, tone of voice, grammar, format, and image specifications
Preparing Sitecore handbook and conducting periodic knowledge transfer to business users

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in Content Management System (Sitecore) will be an added advantage
Ability to converse & write in Mandarin, high proficiency in English
Detail oriented and tech-savvy
Ability to prioritize tasks and show initiative in a dynamic ever-changing work environment
Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects at the same time
Analytical thinker, problem solver and decision maker
Enjoy continuous improvement - contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables
