Digital Finance- Cantonese Customer Service
Job description
- Responsible for the handling of customer queries based on training provided for one or several locations/clients.
- Mainly handles inbound contacts and answers questions by passing on clear information via several communication channelson specific procedures and services. This includes live chat and email channels.
- Customer-friendly and answer in an efficient manner.
- Solve customer queries (inquiries & technical questions handling based on training of product and process), questions or problems raised by customers through voice and/or non-voice channels.
- Identify the questions or desires of the customer by good listening and asking clarifying questions.
- Provide good customer service with the aid of knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.
- Gather customer contact, documents, and all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
- Keep up to date with new developments in the area of the relevant line of business.
- Able to take over tasks delegated by the manager
Requirement
- Actively respond and effectively solve customer problems.
- Ensure the quality of service and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in international meetings to collect customer feedback and provide improvement plans.
- Promote client products and continuously improve customer service quality and support internal activities.
Demand conditions
- 1~3 years of customer service-related work experience. (Email & Chat)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC 700 points)
- Traditional Chinese typing ability: more than 45 words per minute. (Cantonese)
Bonus conditions
- Have a background in e-commerce.
- Experience in text customer service.
- Experience in bank customer service

• · Proceed to online interview session first then will need to complete email assessment
• Able to speak cantonese which can communicate with Hong Kong people
• Able to read and type in Traditional Mandarin words
• Handle email only as of now , but will need to handle live chat too in the future
• Able to accept to follow with Hong Kong Public Holiday
• 6 months - 1 years related field / customer service experience

Place: KL Sentral, Malaysia
Hours: 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri
Salary: Basic RM4200 + based on performance KPI RM0-300
Education: SPM or above
Able to onboard by 18th Sept 2024.
