This role will work closely with Senior Management and project teams to support the delivery of corporate projects including transformation, service delivery, new ways of working, business and behavior change projects.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Communications
- Liaise with Management levels and coordinate office activities
- Deliver instructions given by President to Senior Management and follow up closely with progression.
- Summarize all reports from Senior Management to reduce the time of reading by the President
- To organize travelling plans and itinerary of the President.
- To assist on personal errands/assignments for the President
- To ensure all meetings run smoothly and all attendees attend on time
- Handle all administrative and financial tasks for the President
- To support and lead in business development activities
- To present to the potential investment partners or other related agencies on the technical aspect of engineering projects
- Build a good network with government agencies or related investment partners to generate more business opportunities
- Study product related materials to our business nature and report to the President
- To accompany the President to attend events in local or outstation if needed
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks required by the President
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in these field of Engineering i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Automotive or equivalent; Accounting or Law background
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (due to need to liaise with Taiwanese expatriates)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent
- Able to read and write in Chinese is an advantage
- Preferable male candidates
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
