Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation such as setting up and clearing tables.
• Take order and serve customers accurately.
• Greet and thank customers.
• Respond to questions, feedbacks, and complaints from customers.
• Escalate any problems or complaints to supervisor or manager.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Comply with all health and food safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Previous cashier experience is a plus.
