We’re not really a strict job descriptions kind of place – we all roll our sleeves up and get stuck in wherever needed – but here's an idea of how we see the role;
● To assist F&B Manager by leading the food and beverage service staff in facilities in F&B Operations in Ormond Group.
● Ensuring that the work environment is safe by following all local, state, and federal regulations regarding workplace safety; complying with HALAL and HACPP food safety guidelines.
● Monitoring the quality of food products to ensure they meet clients' and company standards
● Establishing and enforcing rules regarding employee conduct and workplace safety procedures to ensure the safety of all staff members
● Monitoring inventory levels of food products to ensure they are consistent with sales trends over time
● Analyzing customer data to determine preferences and purchasing patterns so that new products can
be added to the menu or existing products can be discontinued if they are not selling well.
● Manage Incidents and complaints.
Who Must You Be?
To successfully fill this role, you will have the right attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
● Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
● Higher Secondary School/SPM/STPM and experience. Knowledge of food service operations and a variety of styles of services.
● Good time management and organizational skills
● Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple workloads
● Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety, preferably certified of HALAL Executive and HACPP Internal Audit/ guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
