Human Resources Assistant (Payroll & Administrative)

Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of employee payroll. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll regulations, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Description:

Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes.
Accurately input employee information into the payroll system.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Process employee benefits deductions and manages benefits enrolment.
Review and process time and attendance records.
Prepare various payroll reports when required.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field.
Preferably candidates with 1 year of payroll experience (>100 headcounts). However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably candidates with basic knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law.
Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates with experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.

Other Information:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
