Job description

• Preparing duty drawback documentation for submission to Customs, organizing customs forms, and matching the data from invoices/customs forms into the designated templates.
• Preparing duty drawback report on a weekly basis.
• Ensuring existing reporting and submissions are up-to-date and accurate.
• Work closely with the customer and the Customs department to facilitate the submission of documentation and track the status of claims.

Job Requirement

• Familiarity with common software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and database management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve data entry issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
