Job Description
- To handle various portfolio of works
- To attend court for hearing and/or due diligence exercises & property related matters and/or willing to learn to draft cause papers and submission
- To conduct research
- Good research skills (legal authorities based)
- Able to comply with instruction and responsible to meet timeline
- To do opinion writing and be able to give independent opinion
- High commitment to complete assigned task and to learn
- Able to perform advocacy skills (litigation)
- Able to attend case management, trial/ hearing (litigation)
- Able to be a team player
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hardworking & be able to work with the team
To be self-motivated and committed
- Must possess own transport
- Able to report and update superiors promptly
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu languages (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
