1. To execute and perform all logistic relevant administrative tasks not limited to preparations of the invoice, delivery documents and packing list.
2. To monitor on outbound delivery status tracking and ensuring meeting delivery schedule.
3. To plan shipment schedule and liaise with warehouse team for cargo readiness.
4. To coordinate closely with freight forwarders to arrange collection of goods and meet cargo loading preparation before container cut off yard time at the port terminal.
5. To coordinate with internal team and resolve issues rise on transportation, logistics arrangement, import and export matters, customer issues and capable to propose corrective and preventive measurements.
6. To able continuously improve shipping & logistic practice to ensure the department performed in most efficient manner.
7. To oversee day to day logistics operations.
8. To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
9. New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.
Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Knowledge in Incoterms, ERP Systems is an added advantages.
