Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday (Weekends off)
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Competitive hourly rate of RM15.
- Flexible working hours.
- Friendly and supportive work environment.
Pay: RM300.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 per week
