Measurement & Verification (M&V) Pte Ltd is an established Energy Services Company (ESCO) accredited by the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore. Our staff strength stands at close to 150, and we are growing rapidly. Our customers include Changi Airport Group, Marina Bay Sands, Airtrunk Data Centres, Capitaland, Mapletree, Singtel DC and Keppel DC. Our energy solutions have also been deployed in various locations throughout Asia, including Malaysia, Myanmar, India and the Philippines.
M&V is a fully owned subsidiary of HK listed company Furniweb Holding Limited.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and company objectives.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials, equipment, and services.
Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating performance and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and schedule deliveries.
Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and supply chain developments.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards.
Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as supply delays or quality concerns, in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and contract management.

Additional Information:

This role will handle procurement for both Singapore and Malaysia.
The position is based in our JB office at Geylang Patah.
Travel to Singapore will be required as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the ACMV industry.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to procurement and sustainability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
