Project Manager / Senior Manager (Architecture) @ Property / Mixed Development

Our client is a Fast Growing Property Management & Developer with their Property / Mix Development Projects mainly located in Klang Valley.
Responsibilities

Independent in handling top-tier Residential, Commercial, Hospitality projects from design concept to site supervision/coordination.
Competent in checking construction drawings & liaison with Project Team on site/technical issues and provide solutions
Assist in resolving issues relating to land and local authorities.
Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings & other means to demonstrate the design with Interior Designer.
Handling all design related scope including design, space planning, detailing & construction drawing.
Identify trades and can execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with established building specifications and required quality.
Evaluate, manage and coordinate design specifications, construction drawings and shop-drawings for approval or recommend changes in design including identifying suitable materials and equipment for the architectural works construction techniques.
Assist to conduct negotiations with Sub-contractors to determine the method for construction services, wherever required
Verify contractor claims and variations.
Work closely with project team, suppliers, sub-contractor’s consultants during construction/implementation phase.
Manage consultant deliverables to ensure timely information flow to the implementation team and contractors.
Coordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
Review the drawings & coordinate FF&E, MEP & all information that relates.
Monitor, coordinate and control the progress of site work, ensure the project to be completed within the budget, cost and stipulated time frame with good work quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture + Interior Design. A Registered Architect is a plus point but not mandatory.
8 years’ Project Management (particularly in Architecture) experience in construction management / property development
Solid technical knowledge in property development, construction & contract administration
Good liaison skills with local authorities, government agencies, contractors & consultants
Good interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills including able to work independently & results orientated
Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials & industry best practices.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
Knowledge in CAD programs & MS Project an added advantage
Permanent vacancy based in KL-Bangsar area.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
