As a Protégé in Project Management, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Civil & Structural (C&S), you will work closely with the Project Development team, gaining exposure to various aspects of project execution. This role offers hands-on experience in managing projects, overseeing costs, and supporting civil and structural engineering tasks, providing a well-rounded foundation in project development.
LOCATION : Jalan Suria, Tanah Merah, 17500 Tanah Merah, Kelantan
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management:

• Assist in planning and scheduling project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to facilitate project progress.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Project Development Manager.
• Participate in site visits to assess project status and compliance with design specifications.

Quantity Surveying (QS):

• Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
• Assist in the evaluation of tenders and the negotiation of contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor project expenditures, ensuring they remain within budget, and report any discrepancies.
• Help prepare and manage documentation related to procurement, contracts, and payments.

Civil & Structural (C&S):

• Assist in the preparation of civil and structural design drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with design requirements and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design or construction challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Support the preparation of reports, technical documents, and design revisions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, cost estimation, and civil/structural engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, QS software).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements for Electrical Certificate and Facility Management Certificate
