PROTÉGÉ–Ready to Work (RTW)
Introduction
PROTÉGÉ-RTW implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.
The total implementation period of PROTÉGÉ-RTW is eight (8) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:
1) Soft-skills Training
2) On-the-Job Training
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Wiling to work at Kuala Lumpur/Penang/Kuantan/Kelantan.
Job Description
Monitoring of costs to ensure that the budget isn't exceeded, and that cost savings are achieved.
Responsible for sub-contractors and suppliers pricing and negotiation.
Preparation of valuation of progress claims and sub-contractors claims
Support the authorization and submission of project variations
Preparation of project progress reports & analyze the progress to ease the process of achieving milestones with correct instruction.
Attending client and consultants meeting with regard to the work progress and site problem.

Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
