JOB PURPOSE
To achieve sales management and to promote/integrate service products for overall business promotion and developments.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To meet and exceed sales target set for individual and achieve maximum sales;
• To research and seek out prospects to build portfolio of clients;
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution;
• Represent the company in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers;
• Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships;
• To establish and maintain good relationship with customers, Dimerco stations, alliances and business partners;
• To co-ordinate with other departments for maximization of resources, facilities, productivity, service efficiency & minimize cost through team work;
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings and trade shows;
• To undertake other assignment from the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduate with interest in the Freight Forwarding industry is welcome to apply!
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field (forwarding/transportation/ freight industry)
• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate in Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent
• Have good and positive attitude, detail-orientated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Knowledge in resolving customer complaints efficiently
• Able to work independently and in team & able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, Power point)
• Able to read, write and converse in English and Malay language

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
