Carrying more than 25 brands as distributor in Malaysia; Including IT components and peripherals, PC accessories, input devices, networking, power related products, audio visual equipment and software.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for overseeing daily operations in sales department.
 Leading sales teams by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, product knowledge, creating sales plans, analyzing data and assigning sales territories and building sales team
 Hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from management to department sales about sales quotas and planning.
 Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly.
 Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
 At least 3 to 5 years of team management experience and possesses excellent leadership record.
 Preferably Business Development/Sales Managers from similar industry (Field Marketing Service Provider) or any of the aforementioned industries.
 Dynamic, creative, independent, highly motivated, team player and passionate.
 Team-orientation, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
 Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, experience aligning sales efforts with the efforts of an external team.
 Entrepreneurial style, with an enthusiasm for working in a growing, non-hierarchical team.
 Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and flexible to meet team needs.
 Well-groomed with pleasant personality and positive attitude.
 Strong analysis and communication skill.
 Monitor & manage sales growth targets & project profitability within the Company strategies.
 Ability to remain calm under pressure.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
 RM7,000 and above (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
 Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits
WORKING HOUR:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
Alternate Saturday; 9.00am-1.00pm
