- Prospecting: Offer quotations to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails / face to face and walk in customers).
- To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the renewal process.
- Closing sales: Get customer to make payment for our quotations.
- To attend to customer further queries after sales closed.
- Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads.
- To assist customer to solve arising insurance problems and continuous follow up with customer until issue is resolved.
- Attending email from helpdesk accordingly.
- Liaise with internal departments in order to ensure the renewal processing is smoothly done
- To achieve monthly sales quota set by management.
- Responsible to keep copies of important document for safe keeping/future reference (hardcopy / softcopy : e.g payment slips)
- Ready to participate company road shows to promote MYEG.
- Providing correct quotation and explanations for expanding sales
- Able to absorb new knowledge and updated with the latest information on the products in order to provide quality services and to attend all inquiries by customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Candidate must be able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably candidate with strong marketing skill and customer service skill sets.
- Additional language or dialect would be an advantage.
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
