Esko solutions are used in packaging management (Web Center), asset management (Media Beacon), artwork creation and 3D visualization (Studio), structural design (Artios CAD), prepress, workflow automation (Automation Engine), quality assurance, sample-making, palletization (Cape Pack), supply chain collaboration and/or the production of signage and displays.
The Esko family includes solutions from recent acquisitions including Enfocus, with its PDF quality control tools and automation solutions, Media Beacon, with its digital asset management (DAM) solutions, and BLUE Software, with its Saa S label and artwork management applications.
Join our team as Aplication Engineer - Prepress. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers.

Join our team as Aplication Engineer - Prepress. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL be responsible for:
- Provide highly remote software support to customers in Mexico and LATAM.
- Become the technical expert on Esko Color Solutions.
- On-site implementations of Esko Color Solutions.
- Manage customer support activities.
- Provide software trainings.
- Prepare application notes and technical support materials.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
- Knowledge IT Basics
- Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter
- Ability to travel 60-70%% of the time by airplane or vehicle
