Profile requirements:
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English to collaborate with U.S., Canada, and Mexico personnel.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Innovative creative vision.
- Polished portfolio of your work.
- Experience in In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop, and other adobe creative suite products.
- Experience with designing in google slides, google docs is a bonus.
- Ability to nurture, mentor and manage.

Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and quick turnaround
- Understanding of digital and print artwork requirements
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
Essential technologies and/or tools:
- Adobe creative suite
- Wordpress
Main responsibilities to be performed in the position:
- Collaborate to generate strategically-sound ideas that elevate the brand.
- Manage the day-to-day success of direct reports.
- Mentor and develop the talent level of members of the creative team.
- Produce work for a range of online and offline mediums— videoprint, websites, flash banners, landing pages, emails, social media and mobile.
- Be able to take complex ideas and translate them into impactful easy to understand visuals.
- Set the visual tone and mood for compelling storytelling.
- Stay current on existing, new, and emerging digital technology.

Present work internally and to other departments to convey creative ideas and designs.
- Ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy.
- Coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
