Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently and effectively
- Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation review and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
