Law Firm Intake Specialist & Client Relations Coordinator
Our boutique Forest Hills personal injury law practice is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and sales, and a passion for helping those in need. Compensation:$25 - $35 hourly

Compensation:$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
- Follow up with existing clients to build stronger relationships, trust, and loyalty
- Identify potential legal issues and escalate them to the appropriate attorneys or legal professionals
- Follow up with clients to collect missing information, schedule appointments, or provide updates as necessary
- Assist in managing and organizing the intake department's administrative tasks
- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
- Previous legal experience highly valued
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
- CRM and case management software experience a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Medical Experience Preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
