Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
As a Market Researcher, you will be instrumental in gathering and processing information that enhances our clients' business strategies. This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate various project needs across different time zones.
Rate in USD: $ 7.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone surveys for market research purposes, including political, public opinion, and B2B studies.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently, capturing both structured and open-ended responses.
- Maintain objectivity and adhere to script guidelines to ensure unbiased data collection
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and quotas.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Secondary school diploma preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to pronounce difficult words clearly.
- Experience in call centers or telephone interviewing highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers and CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) programs.
- Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week and late shifts (until 12:00 AM) as needed
- Previous experience with political and public opinion studies or B2B research is an asset.
