ABOUT US:
An office based in Fes is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support a team of executives located in the USA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential support to a remote team.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Executive Assistant will work closely with three USA-based executives, managing their schedules, handling communications, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires working hours from 3 PM to Midnight, aligning with USA time zones.
Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and appointments for USA-based executives.
• Handle communication through email and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
• Prepare reports and presentations (using Power Point) and organize documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
• Assist in organizing meetings and providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with USA-based executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Outlook, Excel).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
