- Drafting and Analysis of Legal Documents – Draft and review contracts and projects related agreements
- Legal Research – Research local and international renewable energy-related regulations
- Assistance to Development Projects – Provide legal advice to project development teams
- Legal watch – Update legal databases and inform the team of regulatory developments
- Litigation Management – Prepare files in the event of litigation and attend meetings with lawyers
- Compliance and Governance – Contribute to the implementation of internal compliance procedures
- Administrative Support – Organize files and coordinate with other departments
- Master’s Degree in Law (Major in Business Law, Energy, or Environment is a plus).
- Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT literacy is required.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Fast learner, and open to feedback.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Good writing skills.
