Real Estate Portal Administrator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Breaks: 45-minute Lunch Break and two 15-minute breaks (morning and afternoon)
Languages Required: English, Arabic, and French
Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite, Computer Literacy
Job Summary:
The Real Estate Administrator will play a crucial role in the daily operations of Trustmaroc. This position involves liaising with potential clients from provided databases, introducing them to the Trustmaroc website, where Real Estate Agents and Property Developers showcase their property listings. Additionally, the role requires engaging with tradespeople, such as Electricians and Plumbers, to familiarize them with the Trusted Trades-People Portal and the Trustmaroc Trusted Trader Awards. The ideal candidate must be multilingual, speaking English, Arabic, and French, and proficient in using computers and Microsoft Business Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison:
- Engage with potential clients from provided databases via email and phone.
- Introduce and explain the features and benefits of the Trustmaroc website to Real Estate Agents and Property Developers.
- Provide detailed information about property listings and other related services on the Trustmaroc portal.
- Trades People Engagement:
- Contact various Trades People, including Electricians, Plumbers, and other service providers, to inform them about the Trusted Trades-People Portal.
- Explain the advantages of being listed on the Trustmaroc website, including the potential to gain more clients and business opportunities.
- Promote the Trustmaroc Trusted Trader Awards, detailing the criteria and benefits of earning this accolade.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the company’s database.
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments with clients and tradespeople.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional content for Trustmaroc’s services.
- Website and Database Management:
- Regularly update the Trustmaroc website with new property listings and tradespeople information.
- Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage the client database, ensuring all information is correctly categorized and easily accessible.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and tradespeople.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or tradespeople promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided and gather feedback for improvements.
- Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the Trustmaroc website and its services.
- Support the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
- Provide training and support to new staff members as needed.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is mandatory.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Business Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all required languages.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and tradespeople.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and communication.
