SFI Markets is a specialized Fixed Income Sales Trading and DCM boutique based in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands. Focusing mostly on illiquid debt and unique credit situations, we leverage our deep
markets and product knowledge to deliver superior results and services for our clients. We place and
trade all kinds of debt – in the form of bonds or loans – and across all types and categories such as
money markets, rates, credit, EM, project finance or structured products.


At SFI Markets, the operations team is the glue that keeps the company together. The team currently
consists of 15 colleagues who are responsible for Legal, Compliance, Finance, Mid-Office, IT and HR and
Recruitment. All colleagues work on different projects, and in a regulated business like ours, there can
be a big overlap between teams. We work in a fast-paced environment where we like to reward our
employees for their output.


The Financial Analyst at SFI Markets, responsible for managing financial data and supporting Mid-Office
team. It requires a strong grasp of financial principles, meticulous attention to detail, and superb
organizational skills in collaboration with Mid-Office, Compliance and Front Office teams to support the
company's trading operations.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or

professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.

• Mid-Office experience is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software,

ERP systems).

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear

and concise manner.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
