We are looking for a skilled Process Manager to take charge of adapting methodologies, modeling, implementing, and documenting business processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processes in the Sales Management domain.
As part of our team, you will:

• Model, describe, and document business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Test and implement new or revised processes, ensuring they fit smoothly into existing workflows.
• Manage changes to processes, making sure transitions are smooth and disruptions are minimal.
• Write clear technical specifications for development teams based on your process analysis.
• Interview key stakeholders to gather knowledge and insights.
• Train team members on new or updated processes, ensuring they’re ready to adopt the changes.
• Keep detailed documentation of all process changes for future reference.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in process management with a focus on modeling, documentation, and change management.
• Proficient in BPMN 2.0 and able to model complex processes effectively. Strong knowledge of process modeling tools like ARIS, Bizagi or similar.
• Skilled at writing clear and concise technical specifications.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing change processes in a business setting.
• Great communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for making sure processes are accurately documented.
