Product Manager MI TM
Transaction Monitoring (TM) identifies, investigates and reports (signals, alert handling & case management) transactions indicative of money laundering and/or terrorist financing. Aside from the remediation programme, TM manages a number of changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of controls and processes as well as stay in line with new regulations e.g. AML-Regulations.

As a Product Manager MI TM, you will take the initiative and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities

As a Product Manager MI TM you are responsible to deliver reliable operational and risk based steering information for the external and internal reporting of Rabobank in the TM reporting function.
Your work is the foundation on which senior management makes (policy) decisions based on in- and external guidelines.
The requirements of supervisors and the internal organization of Rabobank are changing rapidly, inducing a shift from compiling reports to directing data streams and monitoring data quality and improving reporting.
The activities include data gathering and validating data from different sources, investigating and solving inconsistencies and errors, compiling reports and analyzing movements in the numbers.
After the delivery of figures the emphasis in the team is on other activities, such as participation in projects, solving data quality issues, making process descriptions and implement process improvements.
Also actively maintaining your relationships with the various stakeholders is one of your responsibilities.

As a Product Manager MI TM within Rabobank you take responsibility, facilitate and inspire the team, actively seek internal and external cooperation and make the difference. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:

Bachelor degree;
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar job;
Experience in building reports and expertise in the applicable regulations, both locally and internationally;
being able to deal with networks and stakeholder management;
analytical skills, proactive, independent, customer and result oriented;
knowledge and experience with working in accordance with the LEAN (preferably Green Belt);
excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

This is what we offer you

Salary between €4,292 and €7,307 gross per month based on 36 hours a week (scale 9 or 10, grading depending on knowledge and experience).
An additional 13th month and 8% holiday pay.
An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
A combination of working from home and at the office.
A personal development budget of € 1,400- with many career opportunities.
